A premium thickened infant formula suitable from birth for the dietary management of recurrent and problematic regurgitation in bottle fed infants requiring a partial or complete breast milk substitute.

  1. Reduces regurgitation severity and frequency in infants
    • Maintains its thickness in the stomach due to the presence of carob bean gum which resists digestion in the mouth.1
    • Based on casein dominant cows’ milk proteins.
    • Clinical trials have shown Aptamil® AR from birth to be effective in the dietary management of recurrent and problematic infant regurgitation by reducing the severity and incidence of regurgitation episodes.1,2
  2. For all ages
    • Nutritionally complete for formula fed infants 0–6 months.
    • Suitable for use in a mixed diet for infants 6–12 months.

 


Indications

Healthy formula fed infants from birth with recurrent or problematic regurgitation when breast milk is unavailable, as a partial or complete breast milk substitute.

Contraindications

Confirmed cows’ milk protein allergy, galactosaemia, lactose intolerance.

Nutrition Information

Ingredients: Milk solids (skim milk, lactose, milk fat), vegetable oils [contains soy oil, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid)], maltodextrin, thickener (carob bean gum), L-cysteine, emulsifier (soy lecithin), taurine, choline chloride, carnitine. 
Vitamins: (A, B1, B2,B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, K1), folic acid, biotin.
Minerals: Potassium, calcium, chloride, phosphorous, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, iodine, manganese, selenium.

Aptamil® Gold+ AR from birth Thickened Infant Formula is based on casein dominant cows’ milk proteins.
